I was having issues where the paint on my walls were bubbling in my condo bathroom... Not only did Giovani find the issue quickly (the upstairs neighbors remodel didn't go as planned as the people who did the remodeling work used a gasket that was too big and was only halfway installed correctly) but he also got the repair done quickly and affordably! The crew from San Jose Drain and Main are amazing! They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, did the repairs, and it looked like nothing had ever happened afterwards! If you need ANY work done, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALLL!!!!

A plumber came fast, but didn't fix any of my plumbing problems.  Tried to sell me a bigger job.

Fortunately this company agreed to refund the 150 I had to pay.  Still waiting for my check.

As soon as I submitted a quote request through Yelp, Trieu called me right after to discuss details. During the call, he gave me some suggestions to reduce the cost of my project, which I appreciated - I don't think most other folks would do that. He gave me a competitive quote and said he'd be available to come by for the install the next day.

On the day of installation, Trieu and his teammate were prompt, very responsive and texted me their ETA beforehand to let me know they're on their way. My toilet and faucet installation only took an hour, they cleaned up nicely afterwards and overall the process was easy.

I will see how his work holds up as time goes on but for now, I will definitely keep Trieu in mind for future home projects. He seems very knowledgable about the whole process.

Mike was quick to reply to my morning text and came over the same day in the afternoon. He was very friendly and diagnosed my bathroom sink issue quickly. I'm a fan.

Amazing service -- and on a weekend with just one day notice!  When I called in the morning, Khoa said he could come out that very afternoon.  That was surprising since normally it takes a few days to get a plumber out.  Khoa unclogged our shower drain quickly and at a very reasonable price.  He's very professional and easy to work with.  We plan to call him for our future plumbing jobs.  Highly recommended!

I normally do not write reviews on yelp but my experience today warrants the effort.  I cracked a PVC pipe outside my home last night that connects to anti-siphon valves on the side of the house.  Since I do not have a valve to isolate the water to the house from the outside irrigation, I had to shut off the water to the house.   This became an immense inconvenience as you can imagine.

I left a message with Local Rooter early in the morning and got a call back for a visit around 10AM.  David called at 9 and said he could come over.   He was very courteous, polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable.  To make a long story not that long, David dug through dirt, cut and measured PVC piping, and wrestled with our irrigation system for hours in the sun.  At the end of it all, he shared a lot of inside advice and knowledge with us to ensure we understood the system and how to trouble shoot it in the future.  He even stayed and tried to help me with a sprinkler I was having issues with at no extra charge.  His cost estimate was 100% spot on when it was all said and done and he was very professional throughout.  

Very communicative and catering, David wasvphenomenal.  So far, the pipes are still going strong and I will not hesitate to recommend him or ask for him by name for our future plumbing needs.  On top of that, he made sure to make sure we got a 1 year warranty on his work.

Had a issue with both our toilets backing up. Todd responded within 30 min saying he could be at our place within a couple hours for a free consultation. He arrived before his target time and was able to quickly diagnose and give me an affordable estimate and a couple of options on how to proceed. Was able to fix my issue quickly. Highly recommend!

Love that they gave three price points, and love that they went under the house and took a video of the problem to show me.  They did a great job replacing what needed to be replaced, at a fair price.  They cleaned up, and disinfected the area afterwards, and later down new plastic under the house!

We're very happy with the service we received from Steve at Local Local Plumbing. He responded to our request for quote quickly (on a holiday weekend no less), came out to inspect and estimate the same morning, completed the work quickly, and did it all at a very reasonable price. Great plumber, highly recommended!

Additional review from my side for other Yelp users, after emergence service from King Kong team, I tried to turn on my water heater, but keep failing, so I asked help to Steven, he kept supporting, even FaceTime. Finally after two days, my water heater is working again, We can rely on King Kong any plumbing service, he is open mind even small matter. He is the best service provider in Yelp!

Ed just replaced 2 toilets and put in new knob handles and stems in both showers.  His work is exemplary!  He was in and out in 3 hours and that included a trip to the store to match the stems and hardware to the existing equipment.  He did a fantastic job and was very informative explaining everything he was doing.  Ed has done work for me before and I am always so very pleased with both his work and his professionalism.  I highly recommend him.

been using crown for years. had a plumbing issue today and they were here in within two hours and fixed the problem.

Called them twice and both time they were very professional and helpful, and provided all the possibilities and recommendations I needed for the job to be done well. Their work was super clean and high quality. I didn't have to clear the area after them. I positively recommend them for anyone who needs help with plumbing.

We had another plumbing issue and I was able to call Khan and schedule an appointment really quick. He was professional and accommodating to our schedule availability. The issues we had were quickly resolved and we haven't had any other problems. If we were, we'd give Khan a call again. Definitely still recommend for others who have plumbing problems. And like the name says, they're affordable. Just give him a call to inquire.

I had a main drain that was partially clogged (most likely sludge from a sagging pipe). I had another plumber come out who diagnosed the blockage as between the house and the street, but was unable to clear it. I called Drain Masters right afterward and they were able to come out the next morning. They quickly diagnosed there was a blockage under the house as well. After snaking for a bit they were able to clear both blockages. They also had a hydro jet in their van, just in case the snake wasn't able to clear the blockage.

They were quick, prompt and successful at fixing my plumbing problem. I will definitely call them first next time.
